How to Initiate a Return

  1. Check Eligibility: Ensure your item was purchased within 14 days and meets our conditions (see below).
  2. Contact Us: Email Support@latifiabazar.com with your order number and reason for return to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Pack Securely: Place the item in its original packaging, including the RMA number, to avoid delays.
  4. Ship to Us: Send the return to:
    Vill-Kariali, PS – Harishchandrapur, Dist – Malda, Pin – 732125, West Bengal, India
    Use insured, trackable shipping to ensure safe delivery.
  5. Await Refund: Once received, we’ll inspect the item within 7 business days and issue a refund within 14 days to your original payment method.

Return Conditions

  • Eligible Items: Must be unused, in original packaging, and purchased within 14 days.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Custom burqas or personalized items.
    • Perishable mangoes (unless defective).
    • Books or burqas unsealed for hygiene reasons.
  • Sale Items: Non-refundable unless required by law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Received a damaged book, faulty bag, incorrect burqa, or spoiled mangoes?

  • Notify us within 7 days via Support@latifiabazar.com with photos and details.
  • We’ll provide a prepaid return label and issue a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, upon verification.

Your Responsibilities

  • You cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Use secure packaging and trackable shipping to avoid loss or damage.

Your Statutory Rights

This process aligns with our Return and Refund Policy and does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) or other applicable laws.
