You have the authority to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the Goods, no explanation required. This applies to Goods received by you or a designated third party (excluding the carrier).

  • Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to initiate the process.

We’ll process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods, using your original payment method, at no additional cost to you. Refunds are subject to inspection to ensure compliance with return conditions.

Conditions for Returns

For Goods to be eligible for a return, they must:

  • Be purchased within the last 14 days.
  • Remain in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.

Non-returnable Goods include:

  • Custom or personalized items.

Returning Goods
